Our client is looking for a Room Leader to join our friendly and happy team. The successful candidate will have a Level 3, full and relevant qualification or equivalent in childcare. A thorough understanding and knowledge of legislation including the Early Years Foundation Stage is essential.

They must also be patient, empathetic, caring and friendly, with proven supervisory and coaching experience.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Level 3 (or above) full and relevant Childcare Qualification
- Relevant childcare qualifications in accordance with OFSTED guidelines
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of legislation including EYFS
