About the Role

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you’ll work closely with the Nursery Manager to deliver an exceptional experience for every child and family. You’ll help lead a talented team, support staff development, and maintain the warm, nurturing environment we’re proud of.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exciting, child-centred curriculum tailored to individual interests and needs
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding practice every day
  • Support and mentor staff, helping them to grow their skills and confidence
  • Drive occupancy by building strong relationships with prospective families
  • Develop trust and strong communication with parents and carers
  • Manage challenges with a calm, solution-focused approach, always maintaining a positive environment
