About the Role
We understand that working in Early Years is driven by a passion for helping children learn and grow. As a Room Manager, you will lead a team in creating and delivering daily activities tailored to the children’s developmental needs and interests.
You will also collaborate with the management team and parents, building positive relationships and ensuring best practices are upheld. While a shared teaching model guides the nursery, you will have the flexibility to innovate and adapt activities to suit the needs of your group.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging daily activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Manage and mentor a team, ensuring ratios are maintained and staff are supported.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Safeguard and protect the children in your care, adhering to all relevant policies.
- Create a positive and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

About Our Nursery
Located in Fulham, our nursery provides Early Years education and care for children from birth to five years old. It is a spacious, modern setting featuring a garden for year-round outdoor activities. Children enjoy a wide range of experiences, including science experiments, gardening, cooking, messy play, and construction.
We also encourage children to engage with their local community through visits to nearby shops, libraries, and care homes, fostering their curiosity and social skills.
