We are currently looking for a Room Leader to join our team and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of care and education. As part of the management team, you will provide professional leadership to staff and play a key role in ensuring quality provision for children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain high standards of quality in the nursery environment.
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their daily duties.
- Allocate staff effectively to meet room standards and deliver excellent care.
- Implement and oversee the nursery’s key carer procedures, assigning children to key carers appropriately.
- Ensure that all practices meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
- Provide professional and constructive feedback to parents and carers about their children.
- Actively promote the nursery to current and potential families.
Build positive working relationships with staff and ensure friendly, professional interactions with parents and carers.
