About the Role:
As our Nursery Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and education for children. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all aspects of nursery operations and ensuring compliance with EYFS standards and Ofsted regulations.
- Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team of early years educators.
- Creating and delivering high-quality educational experiences tailored to individual learning needs.
- Managing nursery administration, record-keeping, and inventory.
- Driving occupancy growth through positive parent partnerships and local marketing.
- Preparing for inspections and maintaining high standards of health and safety, safeguarding, and childcare practice.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, carers, and the wider community.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a confident leader with a genuine love for early years education. Ideally, you will have:
- A Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Previous nursery leadership experience (Deputy Manager or Manager level)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
- A commitment to creating a positive, inspiring environment for children and staff alike
